Becca Tremmel is a Nashville-based songwriter, performer, and music educator. A graduate of Belmont University's songwriting program, she has spent her career writing, performing, and sharing her love of music with audiences of all ages.
Since joining Music City Sprouts at its founding in 2020, Becca has helped introduce hundreds of young musicians to the joy of making music through singing, games, and learning by ear. She creates a warm, encouraging class

Andy Kahrs

Andy Kahrs is a Nashville-based guitarist, songwriter, and performer whose music blends blues, country, and Americana traditions. His work has been featured on Spotify's Got Blues and Best Blues of 2022 editorial playlists, and he has performed at venues and festivals including the Bluebird Café, CMA Fest, and WDVX's Blue Plate Special.

FounderMeredith Watson
Meredith Watson is the founder of Music City Sprouts and has spent more than 20 years teaching music and performing arts to children. She has taught in schools, community programs, and workshops across the country, and is passionate about helping young students discover the joy and confidence that come from making music. Meredith holds a BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and is an award-winning touring musician and educator.

A Georgia native, Kristina Murray has spent more than a decade building a reputation as one of independent country music's most compelling voices, touring internationally and releasing three critically acclaimed albums, most recently Little Blue on New West Records. She brings together a deep love and encyclopedic knowledge of traditional country music with extensive experience in arts administration, helping ensure the school thrives both onstage and behind the scenes.
